Intuit Payroll Services Security Limit Increase for ~Legal Name~

The Risk Management Team has evaluated your request to increase your Security Limits.  At this time, we are unable to increase your security limits because of the number of Bank Returns (AKA Strikes) we have received for your company in the last 12 months.  In order to be eligible for an increase, you must meet the following requirements:

 

If you have been on service for less than 3 months and have not processed 12 payrolls, you cannot have a "Strike" on your account or

 

You have been on service for more than 3 months, have processed more than 12 payrolls and have no more than 1 "Strike" in the last 12 months.

 

If any of the bank returns (strikes) were due to bank error, please fax a letter from your bank, on bank letterhead, stating that they made the error.  The following information must be included on the letter:

Last 4 digits of bank account number

Company legal Name and Tax ID

Date and amount of transaction

Reason for error

 

Please fax to 775-996-7075.  If the fax is received within 10 business days of the date this request was created, we can review this case.  If not, please enter in a new request.

 

Until your company meets the above requirements, you will need to send direct deposit within the following limits and write manual checks for the rest of your employees.
