Intuit has reviewed your request for modification of your Direct Deposit Limits.  Before we can approve your request, we will need ~Primary Principal Name~ to sign the Security Increase Form and provide a copy of their driver's license or any other Federal/State issued picture identification.

Print out the prefilled Security Request Form

Have ~Primary Principal Name~ sign the form and provide a copy of their Driver's License.

Edit the request and attach the form and/or license.  If you cannot attach it to the record, you can fax it in to 775-201-7335.  (Faxing can delay the processing of your request.)

Save the request.

 

We will review the request in 1-2 business days and we will update you via email as to the status of your request.  If the request is not updated within 5 business days, the request will be closed.
